Orders & Shipping

Once you have submitted your order with Manonda, it is not possible to make any modifications or cancel it. Our warehouse team immediately starts working on processing your order to ensure it is fulfilled in a timely manner, making it impossible for us to accommodate any changes or cancellations. If you wish to return your order, kindly refer to our returns information for further guidance and confirmation of our return policy.

It is important to note that Manonda cannot be held liable for any reimbursement resulting from change of mind purchases or incorrect shipping details provided during order placement. We advise that you review all shipping and order details carefully before submitting your order to avoid any inconvenience.

Unfortunately, once you have submitted your orders with Manonda, we cannot combine them as they are processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment.

Please be aware that if you make two separate orders subsequently, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend waiting for 48 hours as couriers may sometimes deliver after the tracking has been updated.

If you still have not received your order after this timeframe, please contact our team to initiate an investigation. We will collaborate with the courier to determine the whereabouts of your order. Please note that investigations may take up to two and a half weeks to resolve.

For damaged items, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team and provide photos of the damaged product and the defect.

For incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos of the product that you received in its original packaging.

After you place an order with Manonda, order processing may take up to 7 days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please be aware that shipping timeframes may be subject to change during seasons and drops. The estimated shipping timeframes specific to your destination will be provided at checkout. Please also note that we process and deliver orders from Monday to Saturdays for you to get the item as soon as possible.

Please note that some of our products are unique, single pieces and only available for a limited time, meaning that they will not be restocked once sold out. We are currently offering limited measuring for items but for future collections every item will behave the dimensions in CM and inches, as well as a recommended size.
